ZALANDO
PROBLEM
The existing Zalando lookbook microsite was difficult for users to navigate and understand, this resulted in a high rate of email enquires for repetive and manual requests to users such as, media press and internal Zalando PR managers. These managers were overwhelmed and time-consumed day-to-day.
The microsite's hard-coded structure made it difficult for non-tech-savvy users to update content seasonally, leading to recurring dependencies on design and software engineers by the PR creative department every quarter, thereby prolonging project timelines.
SOLUTION
Created a cohesive experience where media industry professionals can now scan an overview of the season's style, view each outift set with the according products linked, and intuitively download the entire fashion press package for all of their editioral needs.
The new design brings sophistication, clean UI whilst staying inline with the Zalando brand. Design outcomes:
