Quick Pay Chrome Extension

Chrome extension for a Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) service tailored for online retail, aimed at streamlining the checkout process to increase user adoption and payment speed.

OBJECTIVES

The extension would integrate directly into web browsers, enabling users to select the BNPL option seamlessly during checkout without needing to navigate away or fill in additional information repeatedly.

A two-phase roll out to measure initial adoption and uptake for development of second phase.

Phase one consisted of retail URL recognition for shopping alert pop up to show, thereafter, measuring consumer interest.

Phase two envolved into logging into your BNPL account, view balance, choosing account and generating virtual one-time use Visa card.

Project included all Web Store asset creation and experience from search to downloaded plugin.

Banner promotions added to BNPL website for feature awareness. These were A/B tested on the Zip Shop page.
